Guidance You Can Trust

Peace of Mind, Every Time

What problem is FEHC addressing?

I called my doctor, and they said, “We can’t see you.”

Call your PCP - you get a switchboard operator in another state or country.

Call your PCP or specialist—you don't get a callback, even if you are an established patient.

Call the insurance company- you get a non-physician who doesn't know you and is following the corporate algorithm and checklist protocol.

Send a message through the electronic patient portal - you don't receive a timely response.

See your PCP- you get a "one problem, one visit" policy and cannot address your concerns.

Like airlines or corporate customer service centers that "appreciate your business and your patience," you are obstructed from reaching a human being when you call the office.  Instead, you get a recording or phone tree instructing you to leave a message for a 24-hour callback.

PCPs want to see their established patients, but they often cannot because they are overscheduled.

There has to be a better way…
