David Sarkarati, DO, FACEP, CPE
Dr David Sarkarati is a seasoned third-generation physician who cares deeply for each of his patients. He is dual board-certified in Emergency Medicine and has completed the prestigious Certified Physician Executive program for board certification in Medical Management. Having practiced on the front line of numerous emergency departments for 24 years, he is uniquely qualified to assist patients and their families navigate the healthcare system during a new medical crisis.
Dr Sarkarati has extensive experience and has built relationships in the healthcare community while serving patients in Florida and Arizona. He holds medical licenses in Florida, Arizona, and California. He has served in several Central Florida hospitals, group practices, and clinical process improvement and administrative roles, including medical leadership, clinical quality, mentorship, organized medicine, and medical education. He serves as assistant volunteer faculty at the Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He actively participates in his local Nova Southeastern University (medical school) and Wake Forest University (undergraduate) alum associations.
During the pandemic, Dr. Sarkarati also served patients remotely through a telehealth medical practice providing value-based emergency medicine in several states, which involved helping thousands of patients safely navigate the healthcare landscape. He also has proudly performed disability examinations for United States Military Veterans. Dr. Sarkarati has continued to practice Emergency Medicine on the front line, serving patients in the Central Florida Community for over 20 years.
